Four businesses, one platform

Sanne Andersen is a reflexologist, ear-acupuncturist and psychotherapist — and the principal and teacher of Golden Wings Chi Gong & Tai Chi. From her clinic in Aalborg she runs not one business but four at once: a treatment clinic, a two-year education, a webshop and a subscription-based online Qi Gong universe.

This isn't a website. It's a platform that has brought her whole business together — and replaced all her scattered IT with a single system.

From a paper calendar to one platform

Before, everything ran on loose tools. Sanne didn't even have a booking system — the clinic's appointments were kept in a paper calendar. Course material was scattered. There was no unified shop, no AI help, and none of it talked to each other.

The classic way to pull it together would be to glue a stack of subscriptions side by side: an agency for the website, Shopify for the shop, Calendly for booking, Teachable for the courses, Mailchimp for the newsletter and a chatbot on top. Six or seven vendors, six or seven logins — and data spread across all of them.

Instead, it's all built as one platform.

Everything that's built in

The platform brings together 14+ tools that would otherwise be just as many separate products — under one login, one CMS and one design.

Website and content. An editorial system with 16 content types drives everything on the site — fully bilingual in Danish and English. Sanne edits every text, every product and every lesson herself.

Webshop. 18 products are ready — both physical goods with shipping and digital downloads. The shop handles one-off purchases, subscriptions, gift cards and clip cards (prepaid treatment clips) in the same checkout. Payments run through Stripe and are launching.

Online booking — for the first time. The clinic's appointments, which used to live in a paper calendar, are now booked directly online — or with a clip card from the shop. Same system, no detour.

The education, digitised. Sanne's two-year education is now fully digital: the entire curriculum lives online, so students can follow all the material throughout the whole programme — at their own pace.

The Qi Gong journey. The heart of the membership universe: an online course universe built as a journey in three tracks — Leaf, Trunk and Root — with four modules each. Twelve modules and 80 video lessons in all, with streaks, a "practice of the day" and milestone emails along the way. Alongside it sit 11 standalone course programmes.

Two AI assistants. Both built on Sanne's own knowledge — not generic AI:

  • Eir meets customers on the site and answers from Sanne's professional knowledge base, so the replies sound like Sanne, not like the internet.
  • An internal assistant gives Sanne access to 25 years of material and helps her in moments where it's hard to remember everything you know — a professional memory always at hand.

Membership. Access happens with a magic login link — no password to remember or lose. Roles control who sees what.

And on top of that: an AI-assisted newsletter, automatic transactional emails, built-in SEO with structured data, and an app you can install on your phone (PWA).

The customer experience, end to end

A visitor lands on the site, reads about the treatments and the philosophy behind them — and chooses their path:

  • Books an appointment online (or buys a clip card)
  • Buys a product in the shop
  • Subscribes to the Qi Gong universe or signs up for the education

With one click on a login link they're inside the member area, where video lessons, course material and personal progress await. Along the way they can ask Eir and get answers grounded in Sanne's own knowledge — and stay updated through the newsletter. All in Danish or English.

Why a whole platform in 3-4 weeks

Notice what this actually is: not a brochure website, but a platform with booking, payments, a webshop, a digitised two-year education programme, a membership universe with 80 video lessons and two AI assistants. All of it built in around three to four weeks of focused work. Two things make that speed possible.
